1. Services

CEO Mobile Detailing Service LLC specializes in professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:

All services are performed at the customer’s location as scheduled through our online booking platform. You agree to provide accurate location details, access to the vehicle, and any necessary permissions (e.g., parking, water access if required) during the service time.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website. A confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• • No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee.

• • Delays: We reserve the right to delay or reschedule appointments due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle or custom service requirements. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

• • We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other electronic payment forms.

• • A deposit may be required for premium services (e.g., ceramic coating, paint correction).

4. SMS Communication Terms

CEO Mobile Detailing Service LLC offers appointment reminder and confirmation text messages for our services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Once you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to receive messages again, simply sign up as you did originally, and we will resume sending SMS notifications.

5. Liability & Damages

We take great pride in providing careful and professional service. However, we are not responsible for:

• • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

• • Issues arising from faulty components (e.g., loose trim, cracked windows, aging paint).

• • Environmental conditions (e.g., wind, rain, direct sunlight) affecting service outcome.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle before and after service is rendered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• • Ensure the vehicle is in a reasonably accessible and safe location for detailing.

• • Remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

• • Allow our technicians reasonable access to complete the service as described.

8. Modifications to Terms
